Most students who don’t pay tuition on time aren’t ignoring the bill, at least not on purpose. They’re hitting walls the standard reminder doesn’t address, and the same students pay the price every semester: late fees, enrollment holds, and, for some, a stop-out or a withdrawal that the right nudge at the right time could have prevented.
